Since acquiring the company in 2000 after relocating to Australia from South Africa, Brandon has played a pivotal role in growing SCC into a trusted and well-established provider within the commercial cleaning industry.

Kyle Petty is the Chief Executive Officer of The SCC Group and is responsible for leading the strategic direction and long-term growth of the business. With more than 15 years’ experience in the commercial cleaning industry and over 14 years with SCC, Kyle brings extensive industry knowledge and strong leadership to the organisation.
Holding a Bachelor of Business, Kyle is focused on strengthening client partnerships, driving innovation, and continuously improving operational performance. His leadership ensures SCC remains adaptable, competitive, and committed to delivering exceptional service to its clients.

Ben Morgan
As Chief Operating Officer, Ben Morgan oversees the operational delivery of services across all SCC contracts. He is responsible for ensuring consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships across the business.
Ben leads the operations team with a focus on workforce development, process improvement, and service excellence. His hands-on leadership style supports the successful delivery of contracts while maintaining strict compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and client expectations.

Working closely with the CEO and COO, she supports the coordination and smooth running of business operations. Since joining SCC in 2021, she has developed a strong understanding of the business and plays a key role in maintaining efficiency across the leadership team.
